Creating an article...
Hi There,
Just install EggBlogg and it looks great good job! Only problem I have is I want to copy and paste from some word docs I have but as soon is i paste into the artcile create screen and save it my entry dissapears completley. This does NOT happen if i do the same thing when creating a forum post!
Any ideas?

Hi All,
nice work in the project but i face the same problem when i create an article even when i write it by hand when i hit the save button i loose everything ??????? need help on that issue.

Its probably something to do with the WYSIWYG editor not liking the info from Word.
Try pasteing the info into Notepad first, then copy from notepad into the Article entry. You will lose formatting though (which might be causing the problem).
Other thing would be to change the view in the WYSIWYG editor to the source view after you have pasted from the Word doc.
If none of that helps you could try getting rid of the current WYSIWYG install by deleting the WYSIWYG folder and then importing it from the eggBlog install again.
Other than that I cant think of what would be causeing the issue.

hi hope this thread still a life i installed eggblog good job but i have a problem when i create new article it recored the tages in db but it dose not recored the article it self in article table i do not copy and paste i just type normal test like "test post ....." i re-installed the blog 3 times now with the same problem any ideas?

Paste from word-document is a pain with default editor.
Use 'Whizzywig' from http://unverse.net/ instead!
